Return & Replacement Policy

At The Lighting Palace, we take pride in offering only the finest quality lighting. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. Still, we understand concerns may arise — which is why we have a clear return and replacement policy to give you peace of mind.

1. Returns (Damaged Products)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is found damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Any damages must be reported to our team immediately upon delivery. Once the delivery is accepted without reporting, we cannot process a return.
  • Products damaged due to third-party installation, mishandling, or improper use are not eligible for return.
  • Verified damaged items will be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Replacements & Exchanges (Change of Preference)

  • If a light doesn’t suit your space as expected, you may request a replacement or exchange.
  • Exchanges must be requested within few days of purchase, and the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Any difference in price between the exchanged items will be settled accordingly.

3. Conditions.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless damaged at delivery).
